I am here to source and match you with the absolute bright and best talent from India. With 12 years of experience in Human Resources, I’ve worked with a range of organisations from the giants like LinkedIn, Goldman Sachs and Monash University to small startups with less than 50 employees.

I am passionate about “All things HR” and truly believe that right talent can shape the company from good to absolutely unstoppable! One incredible hire can suddenly make things click, ideas flow faster, uplift the culture and bring in such a buzz of new energy. That’s the power of right talent and nothing excites me more than being a part of that sourcing!

I have a sixth sense when it comes to people, I have a knack for seeing potential in someone. I love helping people grow into their strengths and thrive in the right role. I do it with all my heart!

My 'why' for doing what I do

The positive impacts I get to create as a part of my day-to-day responsibilities at work, be it supporting a free school in India with a school bus or helping a talented young professional land their dream role. This is my ‘why’ that lights me up!

With over 12 years of running my own business, I’ve developed a love for customer service and operations. At Nala Talent, I focus on building strong client relationships, ensuring everything runs smoothly, and creating a vibrant, growth-driven atmosphere for both our clients and team.

I’m all about connecting with clients, understanding their needs, and delivering solutions that truly WOW them.

I’m also passionate about fostering a fun, supportive environment where our team feels welcomed, inspired, and ready to grow.

My superpower at work

My business brain—I think creatively, strategically, and love solving problems. When a client comes to me with a challenge/dream, I’m all in, to work through it together, and find the best solution (always with a smile! 🙂).

My favorite part of the workday

It’s 6am, I sit down with my hot decaf coffee, cosy and relaxed. Melbourne is still sleeping, and I’m on my computer, bright and early with a smile, kickstarting the day! What is this wild and amazing day going to bring?

I also lead the charge in building smart, scalable systems that make our work more efficient and our impact more powerful.

I’d say it’s a mix of laser-sharp problem-solving skills, relentless attention to detail, and the determination to tackle challenges head-on. Give me a tough problem, and I’ll dive into the weeds, find patterns in the chaos, and emerge with a clear solution.

My favorite part of the workday

I love those moments when a tough problem finally starts to make sense. That ‘aha!’ feeling when an idea clicks—and then putting it into action. That’s the part of the day that gives me the most energy.

My 'why' for doing what I do

I love a good challenge. Solving the hard stuff, connecting the dots, and figuring things out when there’s no roadmap. It’s like putting together a puzzle without knowing what the final picture looks like—and I wouldn’t have it any other way.
